Destination DC is the tourism organization that manages and markets Washington, DC as a premier global convention, tourism and special events destination, with a special emphasis on the arts, cultural and historical communities.
The “Powerful Moments” ads used single points of light to paint national icons for both tourism and convention-based advertising. The next year, “Awe to Unexpected” took more of a point/counter-point comparison format to highlight DC’s unique cultural highlights.
